The applicant requested access to submissions, correspondence or briefing notes provided to the Tribunal or received from the Tribunal concerning remuneration for Justices of the High Court of Australia, Judges of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Registrars and Deputy Registrars of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. The applicant also requested access to Tribunal Secretariat briefs or minutes prepared for Tribunal members relating to submissions for these offices, and any communication between the Tribunal Secretariat and the Attorney General’s Department or the Department of Finance about those submissions or draft submissions. Documents were requested for the period 1 January 2023 to present.
