When determining remuneration for part-time Deputy Chairs, the Tribunal will apply the following principles:
Deputy Chairs will receive the same fee as Members, unless significant additional responsibilities can be demonstrated.
Where the Deputy Chair has significant additional responsibilities, the Tribunal will make an assessment as to the appropriate fee for the office.
Deputy Chairs will have access to sub-committee fees, where they are a Chair or Member of a sub-committee and there have been fees determined for that subcommittee.
