The Tribunal can only determine remuneration for offices within its determinative jurisdiction. Where a body has a requirement to have an audit committee, and the office holders are within the Tribunal's jurisdiction, the Tribunal will generally agree to determine fees for the Chair and Members of that sub-committee, on request. This would require a case to be made, via a submission, to the Tribunal.
