Official Travel

Office Holders
The general provisions for domestic and overseas travel by office holders are set out in Determination 2004/03 – Official Travel by Office holders  . The various determinations that set out remuneration also specify the Travel Tier applicable to an office holder and those determinations may contain specific travel provisions for an office or a group of offices.

Members of Parliament
The general provisions for travel by Members of Parliament are set out in Determination 2009/11 - Members of Parliament – Travelling Allowance  .

Geographic Relocations

The Tribunal has issued a Geographic Relocation Guideline in relation to full-time Office Holders who accept appointment to an office in geographic locality different to their residential location.

Early Loss of Office

The Tribunal has determined a level of financial compensation for a holder of a public office where there is early loss of office (some exclusions apply).

Performance Remuneration

The Tribunal has issued guidelines relating to Performance Remuneration.

Recreation Leave

The Tribunal has issued a number of determinations relating to recreation leave.
